Become a Food Vendor

The Calgary Stampede invites your restaurant to bring your Best Bites to the inaugural Stampede Cellar Uncorked food and wine tasting event at the newly expanded BMO Centre on June 22 as a kick off to Stampede 2024!

Participating restaurant vendors of the Stampede Cellar Uncorked event will have the opportunity to showcase their dishes with the winning wines of the Stampede Cellar Showdown wine competition to wine and food loving guests.

Restaurants will be required to showcase a single dish that exemplifies the use of a least one local Alberta agricultural commodity. Each vendor must supply enough samples of the dish to service 750 guests. Chefs have the liberty to choose the type of dish they present and which agricultural product to highlight in their bite.

The winning restaurants with the best savory and sweet bites will be named Stampede Cellar Uncorked Champions and awarded with a champion belt buckle. Dishes will be evaluated by a panel of qualified judges and Uncorked guests will have the opportunity to vote for their favourites! Each vendor’s work area will also be considered for an award.
