TENTATIVE 2024 Schedule

In recent years, we have seen a great increase in the number of beef females being exhibited at various junior shows in Western Canada. This created a need within our committee to bring a female component back to our youth livestock programming, which sparked the idea of “The Western Elite Bred Heifer Invitational” and satisfies our desire to see more breeding cattle on display during the Calgary Stampede. This event will invite the top bred heifers (grand and reserve champions) from several major junior shows from across British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan to create a premiere junior bred heifer supreme showcase.
